The air quality here is red rather than dark red and yeah I should go put on a respirator. I don't understand why anyone resident of California would balk at wearing a mask for COVID, from what I've seen everyone wears them for smoke

Smoke isn't a Democrat hoax.
Yet.
I'm editing an article on how the foods and beverages shown onscreen in the top 250 grossing US movies from 1994 to 2018 match up (or don't match up) with recommended healthy eating guidelines. Unsurprisingly, the food in movies is shit. But I ask you: who the hell is going to tell Harley Quinn that she has to have a fruit cup instead of that glorious breakfast sandwich? The woman owns a hyena.
sigh ... but she didn't even get her glorious breakfast sandwich
Yeah, but at least Sal wasn't foolish enough to suggest she try a fruit cup instead of that sandwich.
but SHWARMA!!!
That sounds fascinating, Tep
Harley Quinn shouldn't be anyone's role model except in the ways she should be. Which may or may not include egg sandwiches, I'll have to think about that.
Gud, that's promising news. I'll echo what billytea said about counter-offers. Ask a Manager has great tips for this particular circumstance.
Hil, I hope you're feeling better soon.
Breathing~ma for everyone on the West Coast.
Don't wanna write this RFP. I'm starting from a template, but I'm not sure if it would be easier to start from scratch since I'm making a ton of changes.
Blood sugar seems to be solidly in the 125-130 range no matter what time of day, on meds. May need to up my activity level.
I am happy to be a go-for-walk buddy (or you know someone even more reliable on that front than me).
Can I just say, I hate WFH for this reason: I have to put all this effort into going for walks and doing yoga and whatever, and I'm still walking SO MUCH LESS than I did when I was working in the office, even after I stopped going to most meetings on campus. It's very annoying.
