oh no Dana, that is not right. BOO! I order you a NAP, post haste.
I mowed the front lawn BEFORE work! I am not sure where my productivity is coming from, but I'LL TAKE IT. If my anxiety were low that would fit a pattern I've had previously of increased productivity and nesting (which often means organizing for me) when anxiety lifted, but my anxiety is still high (woke up this morning with one fist clinched so tight it is still sore almost 2 hours later).
Gonna try to schedule a second tele-counseling appt this week. Didn't really click with the lady I had last week, so will try someone else.
Happy to be working from home this week, it's gonna be hot hot hot.
I'm waiting for the crash, which hasn't happened yet. Fortunately, there's very little I have to do today.

I wish I were going to the office for similar reasons. I could be in the air-conditioned bedroom some, but not for meetings, which is most of my day. Good times.
Ugh, Dana.
ltc and I did a clean up of the living room so that the therapist won't see chaos in the background. My other goals for the day is to do a couple loads of laundry and fill up a paper shopping bag with papers to be recycled. It's about half filled so far.

I'm probably too late on this, but the therapist has seen worse and won't judge, so if tidying to make a good impression is adding to your stress, you don't need to do it.
The AC in my house is doing its best, but 3 days in a row of 90+ degree weather is taking a toll. I'm filling up the pool in the backyard now.
Around here, 90+ F temperatures are pretty typical for July and August, so my building and AC are set up for it. The AC's running more often than not, though. My summer power bills are always worse than my winter ones.
I am keeping the lights off and shades drawn where ever sun is hitting the house. It will still get warm by this afternoon and keep the a/c running, but the longer I can hold it off, the better.
I need to get a tool to be able to grab the pulls for the ceiling fans. I don't want extenders because then anyone taller than me risks getting hit by them.
Jessica, the clean up was already done when I posted, and ltc did most of the work. It actually helped me from flitting about all morning worrying. So it's all good.
It's 55F and foggy here, and I have been informed that I may be working from home through June 2021, so mentally I'm face-down on the floor making a disconsolate whining noise.
whyyyy did I wake up at 4:30 after three hours of sleeeeep
Broken sleep is bad and it should feel bad.
Had a nap. Slightly more rested/coherent?
