I am neti-potting with every shower also. Part allergies, part if there is anything hanging out up there maybe this will flush it out? I have read no science on this, my brain thinks it make sense.
There is science to support this. I just posted on FB yesterday a link on this subject. The idea being that you don't want the virus to drip back down your throat because that's how it gets into your lungs and turns a mild case into a dangerous one.
And she flipped out and said we are slut shaming her. And we were like no, just being cautious but also this is basically what we thought was happening anyway? And now she's crying and saying don't come this weekend. Ugh.
Yikes. You should stay outside ANYWAY. And Scrabble is practically as bad as making out!
Oof, all the interaction stuff is so fraught. I am going next weekend to a family party that will be outside and I am happy to stay away from everyone, but what about going to the bathroom??
-t I'd be at least 10 feet away from others., but inside.
Except I can't schedule my PTO time because I don't have enough right now, but I will have more, but I can't schedule it until I've earned it. So now I have to ask tomorrow if I should schedule it off as unpaid time and then try to convert it to PTO later.
Also I meant to say, in the year of our lord 2020, your job doesn't have a system that understands vacation time accrual? That is ridiculous.
For all day, msbelle, or a couple of hours?
I'm leaning towards, since your concern is whether you'll endanger others, play it safe and cancel. But if you'll only be there a short time you are less of a danger.
And, yeah, that is a bunch of bs, askye.
And you know, for once the driving force of my workday being trying to ensure that baking pans get to TJ Maxx and Homegoods and large quantities actually feels kind of like a societal good. People are gonna need these cookie sheets and loaf pans.
Lol, t, for sure!! Baking across the nation!
I'm not sure what to do with my time now. I was supposed to be out of town, and taking the afternoon off. Don't want to waste my PTO just to sit around and do nothing, but also don't want to work.

Any short projects that you could complete in part of your PTO? You could knock them out and then spend the rest of the time feeling a well-earned glow of righteousness and watching Tessa Thompson in Thor: Ragnorok or suchlike.
I am accruing a lot of PTO that was intended for use for vacation. Since I'm not going to Colorado to visit my brother's family, and not going to France, I might as well take the occasional morning off.
So that's what I've been doing for the last three months. Every 2-3 weeks I take a few hours off, or half a day, and go to the park with the dog, or do some baking or yard work, or whatever. Not work.
