Zoe: Nobody's saying that, sir. Wash: Yeah, we're pretty much just giving each other significant glances and laughing incessantly.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Compared with previous weeks, the number of people wearing masks at Trader Joe's today had dropped. That makes me sad. And angry.

Because books.

Everyone is still generally very compliant here, and most stores still won't let you in if you don't have a mask on. That said, we're apparently going green on June 26, which means indoor dining will be back, at 50% capacity. But it's a small bakery. There's no way to keep anyone too far apart.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I haven't been to Trader Joe's since February. Partly that I didn't want to wait in line to get in, some of the time that area was closed du to looting at the mall, but mostly I'm just not buying the kind of stuff I tend to get at TJ's - frozen meals and fancy cheeses are really what get me there and I've been in a bit of an austerity program what with one thing and another.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

NY is still pretty solidly pro-mask, at least in the city and lower Hudson Valley where I am.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Our Farmers market is open, but I can't find out what safety measures have been put in place. So, I'm afraid to go.

Our Farmer's Market is open but it's on Thursday evenings which hasn't worked out for me to be up for going.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Even at the beach take-out place I went to for lunch, they wouldn't let someone approach the window with no mask, but hardly anyone had one on on the beach or the street. But there was good distancing and good breezes??

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

My county has now mandated that businesses mandate that their customers wear masks. This is apparently some ridiculous loophole in the governor's executive order saying that local governments can't make people wear masks. I hate our state government so much.

ION, I can tell that the steroids I got yesterday are really kicking in today, because I want to eat everything in site. We don't have anything sweet in the house, and that feels like a personal attack.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

The other loose tooth came out today. Not sure if it fell out or he pulled it.(I was at work when this happened.)

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I haven't slept well in like a week and today it's all catching up with me.

I fell asleep on the couch last night, woke and closed up the house around 5 and hiked the dog because she's stressing and if she stands by the front door, we hike. Slept a couple of hours after. I'm useless today.

On advice from my med doctor, I have added 3 mg melatonin to my bedtime drugs. This is to help me sleep through the night(I've been waking up at 3 or 4 in the morning every day for a while) We'll see how this goes.

My former really awesome PA told me that melatonin helps. Not so much with getting to sleep if you have troubles but it can improve the sleep you get. Also gives me weird dreams pretty frequently so I go back and forth.

I am not bringing His Majesty breakfast in bed.

We have stands we make and then break. I get it for pets.
