Ha, chrismg, I knew that sounded weird when I said it but I couldn't think why! Note: we do not have an Elm St, have to go to Fairfield for that.

I have decided to splurge on pizza delivery with salad and zeppoli (to be delivered for lunch but eaten over several meals) but I need someone to tell me which pizze to order. I've narrowed it down to

Pizza Bianca

Grandma Pie

Garbage Pie

Pizza Bianca - Ricotta, grated Romano, premium Mozzarella, fresh chopped garlic and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (no pizza sauce).

Grandma Pie - Vicini's style round pie with sliced Mozzarella, topped with our famous pizza sauce, grated Romano, extra-virgin olive oil and oregano.

Garbage Pie - Pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions.

Oh, totally Pizza Bianca.

There's a restaurant in Washington where we lived that did a sauceless pizza with shredded potatoes, truffle oil, and some kind of cheese. One of the few things I miss about that place, restaurant-wise.
