The reports coming out of MPLS also indicate that most of the looting & rioting is either a) looking for provisions to rescue people, like milk and water, or b) instigated by plants.

In tiny personal good news - one of the previously furloughed workers in my department who came back is taking some of my accounts off my hands and while the transition is going to keep me a little busy for a few days transferring knowledge it is already a hge stress relief to not have the responsibility for those.
