Looking at the description of that executive order, that would be so far-reaching it's going to make allies out of most of the tech world, from the EFF to Google.
Yeah, it's very broad. It might not end up going anywhere, but if it does, it's going to be ugly.

If the order stands, I'd recommend the new board only be readable by registered users. I think there are going to be organizations just scanning the Internet for websites to sue.

In a sane world, an EO cannot overrule Section 230.
However we're not in a sane world and I could see the maggats taking direction from 45 and attacking random sites they perceive as in violation of his desires. It may be reasonable prudence to consider some privacy options.
