Sir? I'd like you to take the helm, please. I need this man to tear all my clothes off.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Apparently, she posted on her Patreon that they were broken up before she told Neil himself.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Leaking Messy Drama should've been AP's band name all along, but I feel for their kid and for the fact that they really seemed to make each other wonderfully happy for a while.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Today's been a reasonably good day with Mr.S. Hopefully tonight will have less drama than last night when he was yelling "What time is it on my clock?" for a half-hour.(His clock is digital, and in his room.)

What is even happening?

As seen on the Twitter "Amanda Palmer" trending topic (today):

"the logical endpoint here is amanda palmer getting together with elon musk and neil gaiman dating grimes" >[link]

In the same vein:

amanda palmer and neil gaiman are grimes and elon musk for tim burton fans >[link]

Thrive to spite them

Right now my job is fine. The extra $600 right now is only through July 1.

If I get laid off I'll be looking. Of course the only way that will happen , non essential stores closed ,is of things get really bad here

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Nicolas Cage just got cast to play Joe Exotic in a TV series, because of course.

Hey. New board.

I agree with all the earlier teacher ranting.

I am trying to do the minimum I can do without getting in trouble, especially in my sophomore math class with students who mostly dislike math and are just trying to make it to graduation. They aren't learning, and there's not much I can do in this environment to really and honestly help them learn. I could pivot to something different - and maybe more meaningful - but that sort of thing requires energy and creativity, both things I am lacking hugely right now.

I have done better with my CS class in that respect. The subject matter transitions more easily.
