a physical and bloodwork

I went in for a blood draw yesterday, it worked out pretty smoothly. I have a TeleHealth appointment scheduled for Thursday to learn the results. I can't figure out what we're going to do in that video call that we can't do just as well by email or secure messaging.

I'm glad the eyebrows have grown back.

I can tolerate the current longer hair length so long as I keep it trimmed away from my ears, but I'll be very glad when I am able to get it cut short again - at least short enough to tame the waves.

did their parents support them through it all? Cause I'm the summer away from tapping out.

The current ones who are E's age are living at home, and I think were supposed to be giving the parents money, but of course they aren't working now. The ones my age were I think variably supported by their parents over the years, depending.

dcp, those are great pictures and wonderful smiles! I can't quite remember your hair from the one time we met, at the Seattle F2F--are the waves your default, or are they that weird temporary post-chemo side effect of sudden abundant curliness? I know a couple of people to whom that happened, and it was very disconcerting.

I just visited my friend's mom the due South fanartist, and we watched the Victoria episodes. And I was so utterly emotionally devastated afterward that she insisted I take home one of her great personal treasures to comfort myself with until next week's visit.
