Mal: That's not what I saw. You like to tell me what really happened? Book: I surely would. And maybe someday I will.

Our wings are not tired.

I'm sorry, Calli.

Trudy, your poor cousin, bad enough but she has to go through it without her husband's help too, it has to be so hard.

This. The separation of the sick and the lack of visitors in the hospital for any patients is such added pain.

I hope you are feeling better this morning, -t.

Continuing to send ~ma to JZ, and family.

Hoping for a quiet work day because I need a nap already and it isn't even 8 AM here.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I've already been told I'm the worst mommy ever. How's everyone else's day going?

Our wings are not tired.

Sorry, sj. Probably means you are doing something right.

Work is slow. Trying to wade through all the various business options. Conclusion, pour another cup of coffee and maybe watch some Outlander. I started that a few days ago because it has been enough years since I read the books that I won't be annoyed about any inconsistencies.

I asked her to get dressed. Trying to maintain some normalcy.

Our wings are not tired.

I need a bad mommy apparently since I am in my jammies.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Well, obviously - that is cruel!

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

When Matilda was ltc's age, Hec and I used to intone solemnly to each other in our best History Channel narrator voices, "Truly, we are history's greatest monsters."

Good morning, JZ. How are you feeling, how is your dad?

Ann, that's a ferret.

I asked her to get dressed. Trying to maintain some normalcy.

For what it is or isn't worth, I think you were being extremely sensible. I've been getting dressed every day, regardless of whether or not I expect to go outside. Makes me feel more human.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh yeah, every kid I know is about to leave their terrible, terrible parents. Little do they know what they would find in almost any other family. ALSO a request to get dressed! ALSO a not unlimited selection of food to eat! ALSO a bedtime! Parents are clearly the worst.
