two people at the new job have just decided to respond to my emails with "Becky" - ummmm my signature is my full name. I often sign the emails in addition to the signature with my full name. also? you don't know me - how are you gonna just shorten someones name in a work environment.
I corrected one. the other one is in my department and I just want to handle it gently.
And it is apparently someone's job to keep up morale and foster teamwork
Has anyone whose official job this was ever done anything but the exact opposite in the history of ever?
