He would probably not get much done here with ltc, and he doesn't at the moment have home access to work resources. Also, people are still being allowed to drop things off like building plans etc, even if they're not allowed in the building. He only works with a couple other people, and they're keeping their distance from each other and cleaning a lot. So, I'm not as worried about him bringing home the virus, but I do miss him and so do ltc. And by the time he gets home at night I'm exhausted and cranky.

DH tried to get me to call in today and stay home but we're closed to the public, just a few of us in the department and we're pretty isolated from the rest of the library, so I'm just saving up all my benefits until I really need to use them.

Just call clients and tell them you're closing and NOT TO CUT THEIR BANGS. Do not try to squeeze in elderly clients. I'm offering to pre-pay my stylist for my April appointment if she needs it.
I am WFH today which is the first WFH day for me in the new house. I did not set up anything last night, so I have done that this morning. I also just really really wanted to stay in bed this morning. Feel fine, just my brain not wanting to deal anymore with all the STUFF.
I neglected to bring home things that I need to do my few tasks I can do from home, so I am headed back into the office to pick things up. No one in my department is in and there may only be 1-2 other people on the whole floor so I feel fine about it.

Anxiety presents as insomnia for me, so you can imagine how that's been going lately. Last night I finally fell asleep and dreamed that I'd set up a bed in an empty grocery store and was snoozing there. Bit on the nose, subconscious. I will expect better from you tonight. At least throw some tapdancing squirrels into the mix.

Meditation Oasis - which is a much broader meditation podcast, but that has some specifically for getting to sleep, anxiety, anger - and also has at least one for kids, which I used with Mac several times when he was younger and could not get to sleep.
All of these will likely require repetitive use before they are very effective - give yourself a week of using one each night to see if there is improvement - you are training your brain and body.
