Anxiety presents as insomnia for me, so you can imagine how that's been going lately. Last night I finally fell asleep and dreamed that I'd set up a bed in an empty grocery store and was snoozing there. Bit on the nose, subconscious. I will expect better from you tonight. At least throw some tapdancing squirrels into the mix.

Meditation Oasis - which is a much broader meditation podcast, but that has some specifically for getting to sleep, anxiety, anger - and also has at least one for kids, which I used with Mac several times when he was younger and could not get to sleep.
All of these will likely require repetitive use before they are very effective - give yourself a week of using one each night to see if there is improvement - you are training your brain and body.
