I am feeling smugger than ever about my continued payment for the cable TV! That's where all the L&O is, and I have it!!!
We just cut the cord last week. So far the only glitches are Ride with Norman Reedus and Talking Dead. I've seen Law & Order so many times, I could probably replay the episodes in my head.
I have a lot of stuff recorded on my DVR, and with the sports cancellations, not a lot scheduled to record in the near future. I hope to do some catching up.
Just heard on my radio, so can't link to anything -- CA governor Gavin Newsom just issued an order authorizing the state to take over hotels to house COVID patients.
DH just got back from the courthouse where he paid a traffic ticket. He said the place was empty. Saw 4 actual citizens there to conduct business.
Well, my county has now declared a state of emergency and declared that community spreading has arrived.
Today's the last day of on-campus classes. My first class had 10 students (out of 63 registered), and the projector was broken, so I couldn't really teach anyway. I just had those ten students sign in and told them I'd give them an extra credit point on something, handed back their exams from last week, and left after ten minutes.
Today she was excited to be presented with kibble and gave me her signature melting look.

This is my usual work from home day. Starting next Tuesday, this will be my new normal for at least three weeks. At least it's nice spring weather and I can open the windows.
I found out that our performance reviews, which usually take place over the next month or so, will be pushed back to June. HR clearly recognizes that we will have no bandwidth whatsoever for that kind of pixel-pushing nonsense.
