Good luck, ND. Sounds like a good plan to me.

Timelies all!
My dance group holds practice in an Episcopalian church. The Diocese of this region has decided to close buildings for the most part. I guess we might not be having practice for a while...
One of the big-deal tasks I had today was taking a huge lunch-for-forty over to a local church that puts on a Lenten Wednesday Lunch for the local homeless and parishioners, made up in our residence kitchens. Alas, this was the last one they'll be doing this Lent, the rest of the month has now been cancelled by the church.
Italy has now closed all businesses except pharmacies, grocery stores, and banks.
I'm not a worrier by nature and that hasn't changed, but I am aware that this can get quite bad.
Good to hear, ND. Here's hoping you can ride through this with alternate contract options.
I don't understand what working parents of pre-teens are supposed to do if the schools go on-line or just close. They have to quit their jobs too? this could rapidly spiral into a depression.

I am hoping the two people with presumptive cases on my campus are the same two people in my city, but I basically doubt it...
I just had my last yoga class for the duration, and my teacher is right that we should be meditating! I felt pretty good during the class itself!
It should be very interesting to see how WebEx and Zoom handle the load once everyone comes back from Spring Break. To say nothing of local internet services.
Yeah, I am wondering about this as well.
Me, too. Connecticut has a hard enough time keeping our online systems up and running under normal loads.
I picked a hell of a year to start working with assisted-living. At least I don't have to worry about my job going 'away' though it's more likely I'll end up doing more cleaning and general helping if enough of our staff end up not able to work.
Theo - have they tested you at your work?
I just checked niece's school and they are cancelling classes in advance of spring break but keeping the campus open. Nephew's college is extending spring break to the end of the month. Don't know if he's going home or what
