Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Thanks msbelle. I am thinking of calling the people at EAP to see if my therapist there can provide a recommendation. I really clicked with her, but she doesn't do long term, just the five visits, and we thought I was fine, but now it is a pattern. I think I dealt with stress by just avoiding it, but now I am doing all sorts of stressful things, like trying school and a more important and harder job and I never developed a way to cope. And frankly I just really miss my old boss because we were almost symbiotic, the way we clicked and worked together. I was 100 percent confident that we were on the same wavelength and if we weren't we would talk it through and come to an agreement. I know she misses me too, and we talk about mourning our old jobs (she has taken a new one too) , but we were really happy in our two person bubble where I dealt with students and faculty and she dealt with administration and we just knew what the other person would think. She has also been ill, and now has memory problems and a lot of physical pain and I keep having nervous breakdowns, so we are just a sad pair.

yay msbelle on the job!

For work clothes, I can recommend Thredup, with the following constraints: only buy specific items you know how they fit. So like I get J Crew Perfect Fit t-shirts, and a particular set of leggings I already have. Also they really only have the big brands, but the service is pretty good and the packaging minimal.

Thrive to spite them

Sophia finding a therapist sounds like a good idea and you can find new coping strategies that will work for you.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

We took Mr. S to have a play date with the daughter of some friends today.(Different friends that the ones we had a play date with last month.) Went pretty well.

Today I bought new work clothes. Sara was very nice and accompanied me even though she hates shopping. 1 store for clothes and 1 store for shoes. 12 things purchased. I still need a couple of basic skirts, but I feel good for a few weeks at least.

My tip- Lands End fit and flare dresses. Look good in both flea and me, who couldn't possibly have more disparate body types, feels like wearing a nightgown, always looks dressed at least business casual.

And I did not act like a sullen teenager. I even found pants with pockets. And we convinced a MOB that the dress she was trying on looked good on her.

Consuela - I love ThredUp. I just ordered my third box from them. I like the boxes when I am trying to find some specific things (suit jackets, pencil skirts..), but yes, as soon as I find some things that I like, I will look to get them there also.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I watched Dodgers/Giants today. Happy to have baseball back.
