It did! I drank a glass, rinsed my toothbrush really well (because pouring unflavored seltzer on it hasn't really been doing the trick), and gave the cat a full, clean bowl of cold tap water, which he immediately drank from, so I think he noticed the difference from the warm-ish water from the kettle he'd been getting. TAP WATER PARTY!!!
I just made a texting pact with my BFF, who is going to text me election results throughout my the night. And he said if I get stressed out and need to step out of the Psych Furs show and call him, I can. He understands, since I was at his place on election night in 2016 and couldn't get out of bed the next day. (And had the luxury of not getting out of bed because I was on vacation.)
Now I'm getting ready to pick out some anti-Trump buttons to wear to the show. I've got Wonder Woman punching Trump out, Lock Him Up, and a handful of others to choose from, since a friend of mine from high school quit her job and sells them full-time in Washington Square Park.

H was running a quick grocery errand and said there were folks on street corners waving "Honk if you love Trump" signs. He said the silence was glorious!
