Aw, good job, mac!
Beethoven's Ninth yesterday was wonderful and I was all full of love for the brotherhood of man but today I am at work and everyone can just go to hell. Did you know the text for that, Schiller's poem, was a drinking song? It's "I love you man" raised to high art
Are they moving or just visiting, msbelle?
meara, they are moving also.
Oh yeah, that's got to be a lot for mac. Good for him.
And Epic, that sounds like a reasonable reaction -- I mean, better to over- than under-!
A note from the NYTimes tv newsletter today:
If "Locke & Key" has awakened your interest in sea caves, or if you simply crave adventure, this week's episode of "Expedition With Steve Backshall" highlights the vicious effects of deforestation on complex cave systems in Borneo. It airs Wednesday at 10 p.m. on PBS. (Check local listings. And local caves.)
FYI!
I noticed Netflix had Locke & Key on my recommended screen. Will probably dive in after I finish off Magicians. I've been watching television more than reading of late. Not quite finished with that trend, but I will go back to the pages soon enough.
Last week's episode of Expedition had them diving in the cenotes of the Yucatan Peninsula, if you're interested. And PBS has set up a free app to watch their shows on.
In kind-of-related news, a broadcast TV station - Heroes & Icons - started broadcasting what looks to be the first episodes of a number of shows - Mutant X, Highlander, War of the Worlds, Relic Hunter, Sheena, Beastmaster - and they've been running all of Star Trek - TOS, NG, DS9, Voyager, Enterprise.
Sock it to me
Look it up in your Funk & Wagnall's.
Oh Mac. Doing good, buddy.
Epic, you need a thimble! Not that I've ever been able to use one. But, you know, theoretically one saves your skin from punctures and things.
If we have TOS, TNG, DS9, shouldn't it be VGR, and NTP? to keep with all the three characters thing?
