Yeah hat sounds so nice, Suela! On a boat is always awesome.
Five girlfriends seems like too many. But I did have a gf once who was like "someday when we are all old it's going to be my theme, I will clean up at the nursing home with the ladies" Lol. Convert them late in life when the odds are in your favor I guess
I don't want to not be on the interwebs today but I also don't want to see the news. I know.
I feel like your next gift to your brother should be a copy of What We Owe to Each other, Tep.
That sounds great, Consuela!
I haven't voted yet because I like to vote in person at City Hall and the polls didn't open until 7am, wasn't sure I would make it to work on time if I tried. And besides, I have to research these dang judicial candidates some more.
My county had live voter turnout #s for early voting, but seems to not have it for today. Upsetting.
On the lighter side, People magazine got it right.
And the dude is 46. Hot people in their 40s, REPRESENT.
OK, they nailed it, People can stop naming that particular title.
Aww, someone brought in "don't forget to vote" doughnuts. Yay!
Working is hard. Nothing else I can do and nothing to find out yet, and still.
People magazine definitely got it right.
The university is closed again today because we're still on a boil water advisory since yesterday because of a water main break, so I'm "working" from home, which means keeping one eye on my email and the other on Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj. Also, many snack breaks.
Instead of watching election returns, I'm going to see the Psychedelic Furs at a local club tonight. When I accepted the invitation from a friend months ago, I didn't make the connection that it would be election night, but now I'm thinking that this is the best way to deal with my 2016 trauma and 2018 anxiety. I hope and expect that lots of my friends will be texting and FB messaging me throughout the night, however. And since I can't drink the water, it's a perfect excuse to drink ONLY ALCOHOL.
