Well some friends of Buffy played a funny joke and they took her stuff and now she wants us to help get it back from her friends who sleep all day and have no tans.

Wow yeah, five kids is a LOT! Even with two people!

I am hanging out in the hospital cafeteria because I got a radioactive injection earlier and now have to wait 4 hours to it to get to my extremities before they scan my ankle. At this point I'm figuring it won't show anything—my ankle had been hurting a lot, but since I went to the doctor two weeks ago has been FINE. Argh. (Though the arm they put the injection in feels weird, that may be psychosomatic)

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I got a radioactive injection earlier

Let us know when your super-powers manifest. I hope they're fun ones!

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Maybe you can be your own nightlight tonight!

Our wings are not tired.

Wondering which superpower meara will get. We have quite a smite list accumulated when you are ready.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Mr. S is building with Megablocks and watching Paw Patrol.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

ltc's current book obsession is the Buffy picture book.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

ltc's current book obsession is the Buffy picture book.

Fun! I wonder if there are still Buffy sticker books you could buy. Emmett liked those.

Thanks to dcp and Gud I have conquered the Google Authenticator, scanned the bar code and am finally returned from my exile in A's fandom. Woot.

I would never be able to do anything with this shit if I hadn't learned to go to my Chrome settings and review my passwords. I had to log into so many stupid little things to get it done.

Thrive to spite them

It rained and there were flood warnings, torandos spotted , road and school closures around the area. So work was slow. I spent most of my day refolding Levi's jeans since they've decided to change the way they are folded and it's something to do . Technically we don't have to do it but it was either that or refold t shirts. The joys of retail.

I did get a shout out at our morning meeting by Asset Protection. I called them about suspicious customers and they hadn't eyed them first AND they nabbed them so I'm getting $30 on my next pay check. I have been bad about not calling them because I'm worried I'm wrong or I'm profiling people but I decided not to worry about it and just call. Most of the time they tell me they've seen them already.

That sounds like the damn end times.

So work was slow.

I mean, the end times would lead to work being slow.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I got a radioactive injection earlier and now have to wait 4 hours to it to get to my extremities before they scan my ankle.

Sounds like the the nuclear medicine bone scans I've had. Was it technetium they injected?

Ask for a copy of the images, on disk to take home.

No superpowers yet, alas.
