The ratio of women to men in assisted living facilities is definitely skewed in men's favor. And Tim's dad is charming and gregarious, with beautiful blue eyes and a full head of hair. He's a prime catch.

My mom and step-dad lived in an adult community and after she passed there was quite the stream of widowed ladies stopping by to be helpful to step-dad. It was amusing, and step-dad was completely clueless. He's living on his own and I really hope he does find someone.
The line to vote is just as long as it was in 2016! And it's pouring rain right now! I suspect the lines will move more slowly this time, since the ballot is more complicated. (2 pages, Both sides)
I think my dad had a flirtation with someone after Mom died: he was still pretty together and also enjoyed the ratio of men to women in the assisted living facility. I stumbled across a note he was writing at one point, but put it down so I didn't invade any more of his privacy than I needed to.

I had a great time yesterday morning: went out on a CG small boat to check on some channel markers that had been redesigned. It was gorgeous on the bay: blue and calm and so sunny and bright. The pelicans were everywhere, diving and soaring. I got to climb one of the channel markers, go me! Some days I like my job.
Of course, I got back to the office and nearly fell asleep at my desk: why does being outside in the sun exhaust you so much?
Yeah hat sounds so nice, Suela! On a boat is always awesome.
Five girlfriends seems like too many. But I did have a gf once who was like "someday when we are all old it's going to be my theme, I will clean up at the nursing home with the ladies" Lol. Convert them late in life when the odds are in your favor I guess

That sounds great, Consuela!
I haven't voted yet because I like to vote in person at City Hall and the polls didn't open until 7am, wasn't sure I would make it to work on time if I tried. And besides, I have to research these dang judicial candidates some more.
On the lighter side, People magazine got it right.
My county had live voter turnout #s for early voting, but seems to not have it for today. Upsetting.
On the lighter side, People magazine got it right.
I won't argue.
