That makes sense, Gudanov. Most people should probably watch The Good Place. Ricky Gervais, in general, should just shut up. I don't know why anyone hires him for, well, anything. But watching The Good Place might help him be better.
I forgot until just now that my 9 hour days start today. Blergh.
I didn't watch the Golden Globes at all, but figured that I really only wanted to see the dresses anyway, and Kat has me covered on that at FB and I also follow Go Fug Yourself, so...
I can't decide if I just spent too much time falling down a youtube hole on my phone yesterday, or if my eyes don't like the computer/phone much anymore, or what--by the end of the day I felt like my vision was all kinds of off. I think maybe I need to take more "staring at things far away" breaks.
Look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes, meara! Or so I am told.
I accidentally fell asleep while TCG was putting ltc to bed. So, we watched it on delay when I woke up and fast forwarded through any boring bits.
Timelies all!
Happy Anniversary Pix and ND!
That's the rule I've heard too, -t!
One of the things that I appreciate about my job is that I get to do a variety of things, from driving to looking for stuff, to toting stuff around, and then I get to do computer-y stuff when I get home.
I finally have an acceptable bid for replacing my hot water tank (it's technically not what they call a hot water heater, since the actual heating is done in the high-efficiency furnace) -- the first guy wanted $6K.. how about $2438? That's still a not-inconsiderable amount of money, but still approaching 1/3 what Shady Plumber wanted.
I made a dent in the endless laundry pile today by doing several loads. I even folded it. I took a couple things down from the freezer for food for the week. And we made a weeks worth of oatmeal in the instant pot. Adulting is hard.
