I'm doing okay, Shir. The CDIP treatment is going well. I have ankle braces now, and I can walk normally as long as I walk slowly. Also, the divorce is moving forward. I've started dating again, and I'm pleasantly surprised at how things are going.

That's great! And so is the walking!
Sophia, how did the inspection go? (Or am I wrong about them coming today?)
I called today to say I was ready, but they are going to let me know! Which I really hate. I mean, I think I can probably clean the attic a bit, but I don't like that I am technically not supposed to by occupying the house. My little rule following heart feels like I am going to be arrested.
They said sometime this week
Wait, I missed that -- you're not supposed to be occupying the house ... until the inspection? That's ridiculous.
Yay walking! Yay dating!
And yes, Sophia. I am too confused.
Timelies all!
I'm tired of waking up at odd times, then going back to sleep. (Also, I'm just tired)
He lost his certificate of occupancy but he cashed my rent check. He knows I am there. I don't think the city knows.
I got a little good news today -- I can go on the company health insurance plan starting Jan 1, which is better than what I've got and will cost me about $300/month less than I'm paying now.
That's awesome Theo!
Sophia, is it just the inspection to get the certificate of occupancy back? Or more bureaucracy stuff??
I am reminded why I don't normally take public transit home. With a ride share it takes about 30 min. With bus and light rail it took almost 90! Ugh. Granted it was about $3.50 rather than $27. But still.
I start back at work tomorrow. Eek!!!
