Oh, that's awful. She was really enjoying her life, too.

Just speechless. I'm so sorry to hear this.
. She was really enjoying her life, too.
That is what makes me so sad. I was really inspired by her clearing out after her husband's death, and enjoying, vicariously, trips to Vegas and other pleasures that she was finding in her new life.
She really did seem to be thriving recently with travel, learning to cook new things, enjoying work, etc. I'm really going to miss her here.
Oh man, how sad. It really felt like she was thriving.
Fuck Facebook and their shitty algorithms.
Seriously.
I have no words. I really liked her, and... just no words. Also thoughts on how many of you I never met IRL and that it's something I'd like to do very much. (I'll let Nilly know after Shabbat).
Java cat, thank you for letting us know.

Yeah.
In minor turning-of-the-earth news, I'm looking forward to changing the clocks this weekend, because having it be dark in the afternoon is a bummer, but I HATE getting to work before the sun is above the buildings!
I feel like I need to set something on fire in my yard this weekend, for Connie. She needs a viking-style memorial.
You know, that's a really good idea. Except possibly for Atropa.
