Gary's back. He and Mr.S have headed over to a neighborhood Halloween party.

Sophia, I wish my stepladder and I were there to help you out.

I ended up standing on my table for some of it, but the wet swiffer worked well too. The kitchen and bathroom are really poorly ventilated! I certainly contributed, and the living room is all me, but still. The tops wet swiffer pads are far superior to the Walmart ones, which I am basically wetting to make work.

Oh, I also realized if I move the garbage bags to the center, I can actually was all the walls in the kitchen, clean the bookshelf and my desk, so when they come to take out the bags and deep clean the floor, then the kitchen will be finished!

Welp, just got the alert, no work tomorrow. One less thing to worry about, anyway.

Tired beyond words from travel involving trailer issues and a very long day. Instead of making it home we are in Savannah. Anyway the day ended with sweetness. We went to Ruby Tuesday for dinner and I asked the waitress to ask the chef if there was some dog treat appropriate scraps to be had for a super patient doggo. She brought me out a couple cups of chopped ham!! Skinner is very happy.

Just spoke to my parents who were at a Yoga Camp this weekend (embracing the California cliches) and that list power last night, and they got to drive home through a lot of outages h by at all the other drivers were apparently reasonable and sensible and then there was a fire near their house but the evacuation zone didn't quite reach them and nii I w their power is even back on. And they told me that there's a 1000 acre fire near me which I hadn't even heard about, but I'm upwind of it. Too much excitement.
