Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Can you replace the insole with one more suited to your delicate paws? I have high arches, and I can't wear my beloved Keds or Converse without throwing in some supportive insoles from the drugstore.

brillig

My Achilles tendon will make my life hell if I don't put heel supports in every pair of shoes I wear.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

There's also something to be said for switching shoes mid-day, to change up the pressure on your feet.

Well, it looks like we'll be spending another night in Iceland, since the earliest we can get out is Sunday. Which is better than Tuesday, which is when they originally rebooked us.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh noooo! That's wild.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Ooof. The wind forecast for KEF does look better for you now than it did yesterday.

Our wings are not tired.

Oh dear, I hope you make the most of your extra time in Iceland. May the return be smooth and jetlag minimal when you do finally return.

Trying to put one foot in front of the other here. Still juggling too much stuff. So my neck decided to be super painful and give me jolting spasms to keep life that much more interesting.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Had brunch this morning with Nora, Tom, chrismg, and Maria. Pic over on FB, good times, good food, good people all the way around.

Our wings are not tired.

I'm not jealous at all.

My eldest son has been helping me with a bunch of work and had a good interview for remote tech support stuff today. Maybe things will improve.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Hello. I just read 2 months' of posts. I don't have spoons to meara but I heart you all.

There is some mysterious shit going on at work, and I and at least 3 other people have mysterious phone calls scheduled for the same time Monday morning, and I'm afraid we're getting laid off. One of the other people is a part-timer, and I can't think of anything else that explains managers needing to talk to all of us individually at 9:30 on Monday.

I've been wrestling with anxiety anyway and now this. I'm not doing well.
