Every nightmare I have that doesn't revolve around academic failure or public nudity is about that thing. In fact, once I dreamt that it attacked me while I was late for a test and naked.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

But it's still freaky AF. This is...lunacy.

We're on the wrong timeline.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

And now a 2nd package found addressed to Biden...

Because books.

I feel like the number of people who had packages sent to them grew really quickly since the initial report yesterday. It is freaking scary.

And yes, wrong timeline. Or darkest. Whichever.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

It's hard to believe this is our reality.

Because books.

Sometimes I do think back to election day 2016 and wonder if we got Anya'd. I never imagined there would be such an enormous shift in policy, mood, and everything else practically overnight.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

And a package sent to Robert De Niro's ... restaurant, I believe.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Yeah, I was listening to 1A on NPR earlier, and they kept saying things like "This situation may very well change before the end of this broadcast." When they said it the first time, I thought, well, that's just CYA in journalism. But they said it 3 times in the first 15 minutes, which made me think that they had information that they couldn't report yet because it wasn't verified by a credible source.

I never imagined there would be such an enormous shift in policy, mood, and everything else practically overnight.

I hated Bush and Cheney. Loathed. But the GOP in Congress wasn't this openly evil back then, right? And ordinary citizens weren't this openly bigoted/fascist/violent, right?

This really does feel like the wrong timeline.

It seems as though people who felt constrained to keep their nastiness out of sight now feel free to bring it out in the open. There was a news report about a woman on a plane who was being groped by the main in the seat behind her ... he said that Trump had said it was OK to grope women. JFC.

Right, Amy? Smash all the power centers just in case.

Amy - Oct 25, 2018 7:13:17 am PDT #1138 of 30019
Because books.

Smashing power centers is what I want my new mission in life to be.

In added insult to injury, a parent volunteer at Career Day told Sara yesterday that she looked "like a daddy's girl." I'm still composing the letter to the principal, but I have to keep stopping to redact all the curse words.
