They just called (yay) and informed me the first step is for me to record a video answering some questions. Wtf. Is this really the new way? Not just a telephone interview? Ugh.

Just spoke with a recruiter today about a job that sounds pretty interesting. She said she'd get back to me about Next Steps. If this is one, I'm not sure how interested I am.

One of the agencies that my son is working with had him do a video interview to show the prospective employers. My first reaction, and what I told him, was that that way the employers can see if he is white. My first impression still stands.
