This place is listed for less than what we paid for our place here in LA.
When my mother dies, I could basically sell this house, move to Baltimore, and retire on the leftover money.

I had this thought that I would go for a walk with the dog this morning since I started the dog training yesterday. Then I see it is only 40F out and I don't have gloves or a hat. I'll fetch some from my sister later. And do my walk mid-day when it is warm!
