What a great response, ND!!!
How wonderful, Drew!
Drew, my heart just clutched up for you and your birth mother both. So, so, so many good wishes to you.
That's amazing, ND! So glad for you.
Drew, that's so amazing!
Oh Drew, best of luck to you and your newly found family. That's Wonderful.
Thank you everyone. I can still remember so clearly the night that I was posting to this very board as I was finding out that I was adopted. You have all been here for this entire journey. It's taken me a long time to process and move through each step on this.

I remember that vividly as well! So amazing you've come to this point. You've had such complex relationships with your adoptive parents as well, and processing their loss. And now you're at this stage.
I'm so glad she responded. As you know, many parents who give up their children for adoption fear getting that contact and want nothing to do with it.
And you have two new sisters too!
Yeah, I just had to go and hunt down the post.

Diligently offending the lurkers in e-mail.
I just had a really odd conversation with a friend of my sister's. I might be adopted, or just my >sister, or just me. Accidental cat out of the bag from someone, I don't know if it's bogus, I don't >know hiow to process this. I also still need a ride home from LAX.
Um, this is really odd...and I don't know what to do.
