Yay, Connie!
Sorry, sj. That doesn't sound fun.
Well done, Connie!
Maybe now they'll stop with the annual reviews that go "Your work is perfect and you are one of the best people in our company at doing what you do. But if you want to advance you need to do more."

Ha. "We gave you that raise, now what are you doing to be worthy of it?"
It's one reason I like working for big companies, preferably owned by an out-of-state firm. Managerial guilt-tripping is much less than when dealing with purely local companies. Mormon culture is big on "I'm above you in the hierarchy, of course I'm smarter and better than you" and "We know you're getting away wtih whatever you can unless we keep watch on you, because that's what we're doing."
I know from personal experience that if you wear loose-fitting socks, you can kind of indent the part where the Zori-strap goes next to the big toe.
Of course, if you are one of those people that Stuff Between Your Toes Drives You Insane, it's just more stuff between your toes to drive you insaner.
I do have a significant problem with what's called Sensory Processing, especially things like rings and bracelets and headbands, and OMG don't get me started about soda. But I can tolerate stuff between my toes just fine.
There are lots of things happening and lots of things to say and I don't have the words for most of them, so I'm just going to let you all know that today my five year old (Matilda) asked if we could go to Humpback Steakhouse for dinner.
There are also tabi socks ... a bit less complicated than the socks where you have to get all five toes into the right pocket.
For those playing along at home, I still can't eat popcorn. No, not even if it is a teeny bag of smart food.
Thank you for sharing that, Gris.
I would like to go to Humpback Steakhouse and/or eat popcorn for dinner.
