You can take them together (I mean, in the future), and then for subsequent doses, follow their recommended interval because I think they're different -- I think Tylenol is every 6 hours, and ibuprofen is every 4 hours (or 4 to 6).
Anyway, take that ibuprofen! You can actually take 800 mg (4 tablets), but then the dosing interval is every 8 hours.

There were rumors that PornHub wanted to by Tumblr; this is a better outcome than that. It's also a better outcome than Tumblr staying with Verizon.
I don't know if it's a good thing, though.
