Came home from lunch with the parents to find Bailey the dog had destroyed two pages of work stuff.
I think I was able to piece it back enough to get the info I need off it, and there should be other copies of both pages.
UGH - doggo must be feeling the stress of the house.
AUGH fucking urgent care didn't give me a steroid last night, because they don't do it if it's too late in the day because it messes with sleep, okay fine, but he didn't TELL ME, so I think the visit was pointless because it's the fucking steroid that gets rid of the migraine. Goddamnit.
I am working this afternoon to get a jump on this week since I'll be taking Thursday to travel and might be unavailable Friday to work remotely and/or there can always be issues with working remotely.
Just hit a block on a task that has to be done by tomorrow anyway. Division of labor between our offices on another does not seem to be working. They are not doing half of their part which keep me from being able to do any of mine.
I just emailed them and cc'd both of our bosses. I hope to push a chunk of this workload back to them and avoid this repetitive problem any longer.
Alas today I am just having to go in and do their bit so that I can can plug away.
Any chance that camera film 15 years past use by date that has been in my fridge aside from the move here would be any good? and would anyone here want it?
I have a friend who is interested. What kind of film?
4 fujicolor super HQ 200 speed
1 Kodak Gold 200 speed
2Kodak Black & White 400 speed
I'll take them. Do you have my address?
Yep. Let me know if you want postage $.
I saw my nephew before he went home. Also my brother. He talked and I kinda pushed things more than I should. He is aware that E is showing signs of possibly being autistic. Things like listening to the same podcast over and over and having trouble transitioning to different activities and social difficulties. They have no plans to have him evaluated , see a professional or talk to him about this unnless it gets worse.
I also realized tonight he has shown signs of dysgraphia (problems with fine motor skills, horrible hand writing etc). My brother keeps saying "if he (my nephew) wants to he can (insert thing)" but I don't think he understands the effort and toll it can take and I tried to explain but we had to change thw subject.
I want to send him an email and remind him that social interactions change and get more complex as we get older and that by middle school I couldn't compensate the way I had in elementary school because I couldn't keep up.
