Grandparents - I only had 2 grandmothers:

Nanny Gay: My mom's stepmom, who came up with this gem on her own (last name was Gay).
Honey: My dad's mom. A cousin started calling her Honey because our grandfather (who died when I was 3) used it when speaking to her (Hi, Honey!).

My mom and dad are Granny and Papa.

How do you pronounce Papa? Because my aunt's parents are Nana and Papa, I guess, but they only ever say it "puppa." Maybe that's a New England thing? I feel like it's pretty common here.

ION - I have made an offer on a house. Which is wayyyy early and not on plan and kinda terrifying since I don't know job situation or anything. Still did it.
