My god...he's gonna do the whole speech.

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Painsomnia sucks.

Our wings are not tired.

I hope you were able to get some sleep, Hil.

Zoe went to the vet yesterday for her Lyme and Distemper vaccines and we got oral flea/tick stuff too. We don't use it in Florida where I live because it hasn't been an issue, but the vet here said the ticks were an issue this year. That was 10 AM yesterday. She was fine all day, then last night, oh what a night. Up at midnight, and 3, and 5, and obviously should have been up again at 7 because piles of "slop" all over the kitchen. Clean it all up, let her out again a couple times, and a minute later she does it again, with added puddle. In the kitchen, which has rough plywood flooring. I am drenched with sweat from the cleaning effort. I should be grateful it wasn't in the carpeted living room, but still. I am not a happy camper, and neither is she. And it is pouring rain and she hates to go out in the rain.

IOW, poor poor pitiful me.

Aw, poor Zoe. And cleaning up sucks.

Not as bad as painsomnia, which sucketh mightily, but it does indeed suck.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Painsomnia totally sucks. I'm housesitting and not sleeping well in this bed.

Poor Zoe and poor you! Is it the Trifexis? Did you give it with food?

Things are going well with the boy. He's definitely not my usual type, if I have such a thing. But he's smart and sweet and self-reflective and loves animals more than I do, and respects boundaries, and makes me laugh, and doesn't seem to be an addict of any kind. And the chemistry is definitely there for both of us. So that's very nice.

It is NexGard afoxoler - it is a once a month thing and I will be reading up on it and talking to the vet before next month! I probably should have waited a couple days after her vaccines since maybe it was unmixy. Ugh. eta: the insert says no adverse reactions given with vaccines or other meds. But overall 3% react with the issue I was dealing with. So far so good since first thing this morning.

Let's hear it for the boy!

Going against tyoe can be very good, especially when respect is a thing that happens.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Ugh, Laura. Poor you and poor Zoe.

Painsomnia is the worst. I'm sorry, Hill.

I'm at Mom's for birthday long weekend fun. Within minutes of walking in the door I was eating homemade pizza while someone else entertained ltc. Life is good.

That all sounds very nice.

I'm trying to decide if I want to do something for Fourth of July. Don't really know what to do, but it feels like I ought to do something.

Coding and Sleeping

I'm planning to work on the Fourth of July since I don't get it off.
