Not a lot of progress, but another step. Have you improved enough to be able to drive to PT?
Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?
Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
No I can’t drive at all or walk with my crutches. My arm won’t currently move that way. Luckily I was able to switch pt to a Saturday. So, it won’t involve more pto for TCG.
Oh I am glad to see you could arrange it on Saturday. I really hope you see improvement quickly.
Thanks, Laura.
sj, did they give you/tell you to wear a cervical collar?
sj I'm so gad you found a doctor who would believe you and take your pain seriously.
Work was...something yesterday. Our toys went on sale but what people were buying were activity books. So many of them. Hundreds that we had to process and pack.
I stopped by the HR manager and asked about my Thanksgiving schedule. I told him my schedule and he didn't realize that had happened and adjusted it so I'm working 12:30 to 9 on Wednesday.
Also found out that back in March our store manager was slated to be promoted to a regional manager but that changed because of covid. So I assume that when things settle down more he will be promoted.
The group of managers I've had for most of this year has been the best group of managers I've worked with. The most but certainly the best. And Nick the store manager is one of the top 2 Big Bosses I've had. It makes it easier working weird shifts and long hours.
sj, did they give you/tell you to wear a cervical collar?
Cindy, no. I've been using the boppy around my neck to sleep at night. It really helps. The doc yesterday said to keep moving as much as I can because it will help and not hurt.
askye, I'm glad you were able to get your schedule straightened out.
Tea: I started the Wellbutrin just now. Question the literature said no alcohol with Wellbutrin. I'm not drinking right now because I'm on a ton of tylenol, but eventually would one cocktail at night be that big of a deal?

Nope. I mean, keep an eye on it -- you might feel more tipsy/drunk than usual, more quickly, but it really shouldn't be a problem.
Thanks, Teppy. I knew you would come to my rescue! If I don't say it enough, I really appreciate you.
