I recommend the BreastNest for anyone who can't wear a bra or just doesn't wanna, but doesn't want to deal with chafing and other no-bra issues. Super comfy.

I can't do no-bra in most shirts (nipples) but I have switched over to cheap Hanes wirefree ones. Maybe they don't do as great a job lifting or whatever but they also don't poke me in the ribs.
