I'm a single undead gal trying to make it in the big city. I have to start somewhere and they're evil here. They don't judge. They've got necro-tempered glass. No burning up. A great medical plan, and who needs dental more than us?

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Thrive to spite them

My Seekrit Santa has Santa'd already. Should I open the presents or wait?

Our wings are not tired.

Your decision I would think. Me, I like the anticipation and generally wait. But it is good to have it there when you need something to lift your day!

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Hi Deena! You've been missed.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

DEENA!

I have really nothing else to say that's worth the saying, but that is, so very much. DEENA!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Hi, Deena!

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Of course I still think of Aidan as a precious baby, although I should know better since mine grew up too! My Bobby (duct tape boy) is now a married man. So I have a daughter finally and we could not be more delighted with her and her family.

Oh my. That seems so wrong! I'm happy for you for the daughter, though. That's lovely.

Aidan had trouble at school last year and they wanted to have him institutionalized for awhile to get him on an even keel, but he's doing much better. He was messing around, trying to get attention, but doing it by running his head into the wall at school and asking people to kill him. So, yeah, not good. We found a therapist who got through to him, though, and he's doing great this year.

Kara has a cyst on her cervix that made her have a very scary period a couple of months ago. She's still anemic and having trouble with dizziness and nausea, headaches and fun stuff, so she's going through all kinds of tests. Next up an OB and a Gastro. We think it's celiac. She's not happy.

My DIL has issues with ovarian cysts. She has had several ER trips for the pain. Sucks. She has several medical issues, but Bobby has an incredible nurturing nature so it works out. She started going for acupuncture and other various herbal type stuff and she is very happy with the results so far. She has great work health insurance and is making full use of it.

Good to hear that Aidan got turned around. My eldest has severe depression issues and so far no luck in getting him to do anything about it. He is 26 going on 16. Plays video games and smokes pot all day. He will follow my direct orders, as in if I go to his apartment and pick him up and take him here he will shower, do his laundry, and socialize for a few hours. I'll make him do so for the holidays. It would be nice if he actually chose to do these things on his own, but not happening yet. Kids!

Man, that's tough for you and your oldest. I always wish I could just pick em up by the shoulders, shake em out, and it all be fixed, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Of course, if it did, someone would be picking me up for a shake.
