Anya Christina Emmanuella Jenkins. Twenty years old. Born on the fourth of July — and don't think there weren't jokes about that my whole life, mister, 'cause there were. 'Who's our little patriot?' they'd say, when I was younger and therefore smaller and shorter than I am now.

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I think that's it - the story I read was that they were trying to raise enough money to get it done and find a company that could/would do the work.

In other (semi-related) news, capes!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

There's a video around of a wedding in New Zealand where a group of men start doing a haka ... and the bride starts crying, the groom joins in, a bridesmaid joins in and then the bride joins in. I kind of love it.

I remember seeing that! It was awesome.

Aims and Cindy! Good to see you here again!

Good to be here again, myself.

Dental ordeal is done, wasn't as bad as expected, but now I have a migraine and I'm sick to my stomach, so I'm going to bed. Really glad I called out of work today, no way I could get anything done.

Coding and Sleeping

Congrats on being done with the dental ordeal. Dental work is never fun.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Zenkitty, I hope by now you are feeling better.

Don't think I've shared this here because it's all just been a bit too much lately, but a few months ago my cousin, Donna, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She's had surgery, some radiation and chemo, but not a lot of results. I heard from her sister this morning they're stopping treatment and meeting with hospice. They think she has 2 weeks to 6 months left, and they're just focusing on keeping her comfortable. Please send whatever ~ma you've got Seattle-ward.

Our wings are not tired.

I'm sorry, Epic. It is so hard to make those kind of decisions. Peace and comfort ~ma in abundance.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Peace and ~ma to you and yours, Epic. I'm so sorry.
