Well, other bands know more than three chords. Your professional bands can play up to six, sometimes seven, completely different chords.

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I have all my CDs still stored, I also have all the files backed up and hard drives. I just don't need it also on an iPod. For my listening on the go my collection is all available through the iTunes Match system.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I have a classic iPod I don't even use. It's my only Apple device. I can't even get it to play music through my car speakers. Seems like it will only play music that I bought through iTunes and most of my music on it is ripped from CDs

Coding and Sleeping

A just have a big folder for music on my NAS. MP3 for digitally purchased music and flac for ripped music. Every so often I make a new mix for the USB stick in the car. I listen to podcasts and audiobooks much more than I listen to music though.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

cloud based streaming of my collection

What do you use for this? Amazon is ending their music storage service this year (I think my plan is still good for a while, but when it expires all of my uploaded music will disappear).

brillig

I've got nearly all my non-classical music on a USB drive in my car as well. I haven't listened to the radio in months. I've got it set to random and it'll bounce from Loreena McKenna to AC/DC to U2 to Alice Cooper. I love it.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I still have CDs for most of my music, which I only really listen to in the car.

It looks like I'm having my gallbladder out in mid April. I probably should have done it a while ago, but I decided to wait until ltc was old enough to not need me to lift her for anything. And she climbs in and out of bed on her own now and also in and out of her high chair.

Oh dear, sj. Sorry you have to do it, but at least you have some time to line up helping hands.

Yeah. Plus they want me to do a shake diet for two weeks before the surgery, and I wasn't ruining my Easter.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

sj, I hope that procedure goes well when it happens.

Seriously! Easter without candy is cruel!
