I chose not to be weighed last time, and there was a big "refused to be weighed" on my chart when I looked at the notes later. Which somehow seemed worse. I know I need to lose weight for various reasons, but I don't have the spoons to deal with it right now.

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?
Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
It is a shotgun. She has the pass through bedroom and I have the two rooms in the back. We have opposite schedules and she's a super heavy sleeper. I can enter from the back if I want to but don't have to.
Mom needs some tax-ma...she has the accountant in the morning.
That sounds pretty good for a shotgun situation, smonster.
Yeah, about as good as it can get for that. She spends a couple months in the summer in ATL with her gf, in addition to a couple weekends a month. I can write off part of my rent as an office. There's a wee yard for Frankie (need to add a gate) and a washer and dryer in a shed in back. It's more than I'm paying now, but not by much, and the bills are very reasonable. Sketchier block, but probably about like the first place I lived. It's not too far from my current spot.
That sounds really good.
I hope this one works out for you, smonster. You deserve a break from this roommate drama bullshit.
It is so good to know you will be out of there and moving on to a sane roommate. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that stress.
Thanks, everyone! I'm trying to let myself grieve a bit for this place, but I think as I it gets closer i will start getting excited.
So I have a question Buffistas might be the most qualified to answer. ltc's current favorite show is Vampirina about a little vampire girl with a ghost and gargoyle as sidekicks. It's siper cute and not at all scary. But lately she's been saying there is a ghost under her bed, which she seems to both want to be true and terrified about. I can't figure out how to deal with the terrified part without taking away her fun play.
