The one time I seriously did low carb, it was great. No hunger, no cravings, and the weight fell off. But I stopped, and I've never been able to stick with it again! I don't know why.
Today has basically sucked. Nothing in particular is wrong, I overslept badly again, and had to take a sick day, and I'm sick of this. How do I get my sleep schedule back to something normal?? Sleeping all day and staying up all night was fun when I was a kid, but not so much now.
