I'm so glad to hear all the reparenting advice folks have gotten from their therapists. Neuro reframing and treating 'as if' are my go-tos.
It seems so obvious now. But if it was that obvious, everybody would be "normal".

Thrive to spite them
Between us both being sick amd the weather M and I havent seen each other much. But I got down there yesterday.
It was good even if there was the awkwardness last night when we watched Guardians of the Galaxy 2 when we had visited his dad's grave that morning . M had never seen GotG 2 before and I blanked on the whole ending. I realized but couldn't figure out what to say but M wasnt upset at me.
We watched Bright right after which he described as not a good movie but not a terrible one either.
