I may go get those at the store tomorrow. There are a lot of those things now, and I can eat them because they don't have noodles and the protein isn't all breaded!

Ultimately, I ended up having myself snipped and that has worked out well too, but was not. fun. Though, it was a loooong time ago, so I'm sure that technology has improved as well.

Any suggestions on how to remember to take a pill once every other day? I don't want to mess this one up, but I'm terrible st keeping track of such things.

I need that too. Sometimes I think I should have one of those timed pet-food feeders to remind me to take supplements.

I set an alarm on my phone since I have my phone on me all the time.

Like a regular alarm you can set it to go off on certain days and times.

I got the job. It's just a part time retail job but it feels like a giant serp in the right direction.

The problem with alarms is it will be certain days one week and other days the next with an every other day schedule.

Bleargh. I'm exhausted, and in a ton of pain, and I need to go to CVS to get a prescription, but I don't feel safe driving.
