Yay brenda! That's awesome!
'Objects In Space'
Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?
Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Go Brenda!!!
I'm on board the Brenda Breathing Better team!
Woo Brenda!!
Brenda, that is AWESOME!!! You kick so much ass!
brenda, that's amazing! I'm so proud of you! Plus, you're inspiring me!
YAY Brenda!!!
Hard won, but worth it, Brenda! Welcome to the ranks!
Something important happened tonight.
I did something, accomplished a goal I had, because of intrinsic motivation rather than fear/panic and without my internal critic(parent) berating me. A lot of my internal struggles have come from not feeling capable or having self confidence.
But I am fucking capable and I have proved in the past time and again. I am going to fight the urge to put qualifies on that statement.
The other thing i've struggled with is seeing on the start and finish or beginning. I either ignore the middle parts or don't understand there's a middle part so I keep expecting changes in my life to jump right to the "after" picture. But I'm in the inbetween parts you never really see.
I'm excited and don't want to wake anyone up but I just really wanted to share this.
And I've felt much of my life is me just in the same circle over and over. But I'm not in a circle anymore, I've worked to make it a spiral . I may repeat things and make some similar mistakes but each time around I have more clarity and make progress. The spiral was so tight it looked like a circle but now I'ms tarting to see difference.
Brenda, that's fantastic!
askye, you've made such wonderful progress, congratulations!
I would like to report that the curator of the Hemingway House museum in Key West Florida was on MSNBC tonight. He says the house is like a fortress. It's made of 18-inch concrete blocks, has three generators, and plenty of food and water. All 54 cats and 10 employees are sheltering inside, as well as the curator and his wife, and they feel pretty confident about riding out the storm safely.
