But that would put me starting in cuffing season.
What is cuffing season? (I may need more coffee, because I cannot brain.)

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
But that would put me starting in cuffing season.

I also do not know cuffing season. Wait, the holidays? Is that what you mean?
My sister is all DTMFA and she's right. As I was lying down to sleep last night, I remembered those words of wisdom "Never make someone a priority when all you are to them is an option." He's had so many chances and he continues to waffle. Last guy was obsessive, this guy is sporadic at best. And really needs to be focusing on himself.
Maria, love, I'm sorry things are tough. I wish you discernment.
Liese, that sounds wise.
Dating is The Woooorsst! t /Jean Ralphio
I wish dating were easy. And everyone could find someone.
So the new guy came over and we were going to go to a national forest and be outside but it was too hot. We watched Trolls(the animated movie, he chose it kind of random from Netflix...it was odd and surprisingly dark at times), made pizza, and ended up playing monopoly with my nephew. Because there was a change in plans and he was over. And it was fun and nice.
Nephew liked him, cats liked him, mom took a nap whilr we played monopoly so she isnt sure if she likes him or not.
You know I had to Google DTMFA. There are many people I know that found the right person after they swore off ever dating again. There is no rhyme nor reason to this dating thing.
Cuffing season == winter. When you've been casually dating around all summer and the weather starts to turn cooler and you start thinking, maybe I'd better get serious with this one, so I have someone to snuggle up with on the couch all winter and not be slushing around to bars trying to pick up someone. The holidays play into it, sure, so that you have a date to take to family dinners and whatnot.
...it's possible I have younger friends than most people my age.
(Also, haha, yes, Tep, cuffing season might be something else to you! I can still say that here, right? I'll delete if I oughta!)
Well, in winter the cuffs should be fur lined.
I hate the "two steps forward and one step back" healing process. I've been doing great and then last night I stepped "wrong" and my hip FLARED again. I wanted to cry because I couldn't find a comfortable position. I had a therapy massage on my hip this morning and while i can sit now, I really should go find my heating pad and/or move into a different position so it doesn't lock up on me. This sucks.
And this is just a hip. I know others here who have more chronic issues or a refurbished ankle and so on and I'm such a whiner. SO. MUCH. WHINE.

Ahahahaha, I didn't even make that connection! Again, in my defense, I needed more caffeine. (Also, you can totally still say that here!)
SO. MUCH. WHINE.
Look, pain is pain, and it both sucks and blows. You aren't whining; you have a legitimate painful thing happening. Recovery should be a linear upward progression, not some bizarre back-and-forth designed by a madman.
Cuffing season == winter.
I learn something new every day.
Suzi, I hope you feel some relief soon.
I totally want to drug it up and sleep in the hopes of healing rest. But I'm still behind on work. The rumors of my company being bought out are ramping up. The concept is not new - there have been talks about "capital restructuring" for a few months now - but I don't need another something to make me feel horrible about not working 60 hours a week.
I still haven't dealt with the rental car situation for the reunion. If I can Priceline something for a decent price, I may just do that. Having my own wheels would have certain benefits.
