Catching up on Resident Alien.
Season 2 is less funny than season 1, and I'm still not sure I actually like the show.
But at least Enver Gjokaj got a role!
'Objects In Space'
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Enver!
Well, sad to say, it was a very brief appearance.
Thank you for reporting it, anyhow
I've been rewatching the 1998 BBC series Ultraviolet on Tubi and quite enjoying it. Also realizing that John Davenport of the late 90s looked A LOT like a black-haired Chris Evans.
I liked Ultraviolet enough that I bought the DVD set. Haven't re-watched in a long time, though. I should do that.
Oh, hey, I remember hearing about Ultraviolet a million years ago but never found a way to watch it. Looks like it’s on Prime now. So that goes on the To Be Watched list which is getting almost as unwieldy as the To Be Read…
It really holds up well. Who knew going the extremely understated and political-thriller routes would make an excellent vampire story that stands the test of time?
Love Idris and Davenport in Ultraviolet, and Steven Moyer. Hm, Moyer turned up later on True Blood--as another vampire.
Relatedly, I had no idea Jack was Nigel Davenport's son.
Another bit of trivia, Susannah Harker who played Dr. March in the series is the great-great granddaughter of Joseph Harker, a friend of Bram Stoker's for whom he named Jonathan Harker in Dracula.
