I'm still way behind on Arrowverse (like seasons behind) but gave up on avoiding spoilers. One of the comments on AV Club mentioned that Routh's Superman has the yellow back in his costume, suggesting all his loved ones who originally died are alive again on this new Earth.
'Serenity'
Boxed Set, Vol. VI: I am not a number, I am a free thread!
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I stopped watching Arrow and I'm behind on the Flash so I didn't quite get some of the info. Like I had NO IDEA who was working with Dig and was there mourning Ollie. But I got the gist of it.

Wild Dog and the new Black Canary.

So how come some Earth's got combined and others didn't? Is the new Stargirl series gonna be set on Earth-2?
Barry meeting Ezra Miller!Barry was neat. So was the bit showing Green Lantern, although not showing which one. And seeing the Titans AND Doom Patrol (although on separate Earths, WTF?). And Brandon doing the Christopher Reeve finish was awesome.
In other CW/DC news, Superman and Lois has been picked up.
Is it just me, or was that Doctor Who episode total crap? I love Jodie Whittaker, but I hate the way they are writing her. And I am the choir, and even I was annoyed by being preached to at the end.

...I liked some of the visual work? But no, that ep was astonishingly bad. Which is a great shame, because the writer did my favourite episode from last season. I don't know what went wrong here.
I will note that for Chibnall's era I've mostly complained about its moral incoherence, and at least this ep didn't have that. It wasn't complicated enough for incoherence. But I couldn't make head nor tail from the actual plot or pretty much any of the guest characters. I still have little idea why anyone was doing any of the things they were doing.
Its rating on IMDB is 4.6. That's lower than any other episode off the modern era. I think it's the lowest rating of any Doctor who episode ever.
I'd say it was about 99% crap. I laughed at the bit with the vending machine.
I am relieved that it wasn't just me not looking at it right. Every time I thought "well this us an interesting development " it almost immediately would be reversed or dismissed or just prove to be not interesting after all.
I feel bad for the Dregs
Ryan with the Hopper virus was cute
BEEBO.
Naturally, I got spoiled for one thing, and it was Ezra Miller.

Because they wanted an excuse to have all their major heroes on the same Earth?
My understanding is Star Girl is on Earth-2 (though whether it's the same as the old Earth-2 or a new one, who knows?)
I guess the show runners had said previously that Titan's and Doom Patrol were set on separate Earths (though each Earth has a version of both teams.)
