I like the way the walls go out. Gives you an open feeling. Firefly is a good design. People don't appreciate the substance of things. Objects in space. People miss out on what's solid.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

The frozen egg stuff is super handy when you don't need them much. I'll have to try the mayo trick.

brillig

I think I'll go for the liquid egg, if I can stash it in the freezer. I'm not sure about the flavor of the mayonnaise in meatloaf.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I was the goody-two-shoes-iest 15-year old anyone ever saw and I wouldn't have been good to stay over at a friend's with no adult supervision.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

If I decide to try out the sauna after lifting weights tomorrow, what do I need to know?

If I decide to try out the sauna after lifting weights tomorrow, what do I need to know?

Take a shower beforehand; you don't want to be too warm when you go in. Bring a towel to sit on. Drink plenty of water beforehand, and don't stay too long. Keep an eye on the clock if you can.

I miss the sauna: I find it very relaxing. But it's not for everyone, and I haven't really done the sauna since I started really having hot flashes. It might not be as nice now.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I didn't know about the different pot types. I should visit Colorado. For Science.

Steph, I said the same thing when I did my taxes. This is the first time I've ever really resented paying them.

Mayo has vinegar in it too. Might give meatloaf a little kick. Might be gross. IDK

All my work is done and all the work for the coworker I'm covering for. Y'all this is amazing. I feel competent. It's been a year since I wasn't anxious about work.

Also. I love saunas but a few minutes is enough. Consuela's advice is good: hydrate and cool not cold shower before, don't stay too long until you discover how it will affect you.

Our wings are not tired

Steph, my heart goes out to you and Tim and his brothers. Dementia just sucks. Every singe thing about it.
