I'm a vision of hotliness, and how weird is that? Mystical comas. You know, if you can stand the horror of a higher power hijacking your mind and body so that it can give birth to itself, I really recommend 'em.

Trying to focus on work so I don't completely fall into terror over Syria, bombs, Toupee Fiasco.

Anyone have a rec for an external hard drive? Doesn't need to be tons of storage - just reliable back up for my work computer.

My Book is the most recent kind I've been using, and it works well. Don't know if they make a Windows version, though.

Coding and Sleeping

I've had a couple of Western Digital external drives and they both still work fine even though one is decade old. For backing up I'd think you want to sticking with spinning hard drives and really anything from Western Digital or Seagate will be a safe and reliable pick.

Anyone have a rec for an external hard drive?

I've got a Terabyte worth of Toshiba that's tiny and and works well.

call me jacki; zuisa is an internet nick from ancient times =)

I have two - one is a Toshiba, and one is Seagate, and I've had no issues with either. I don't think you can really go wrong with the major brands (Toshiba, Western Digital, Seagate). I'd just check to see if you can get a good deal on a 1 or 2 TB somewhere and go with the cheapest!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I would like a snack. But I saw someone delivering lunch (including cake!) earlier, and imagine something's going to end up in the kitchen at some point. So now I'm trying to time out when I swing by there so as not to miss it. Will report back.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So I went to bring my recycling (it doesn't get picked up out of our offices) and someone else's lunch leftovers were there! Including some sad-looking cold zeppole situation. I'm going again in a little while for my afternoon coffee.
